Affirming yourself

Planting some good thoughts into the garden of your mind:

Affirming yourself, your life, your circumstances with positive statements in the present tense without negation is a very easy way to consciously communicate with yourself. When used on a regular bases, like multiple times a day, your subconscious mind picks up on these new thoughts as something important to you and starts to act on it.

Remember?! Your thoughts create your reality. With time your brain even creates new neuro-pathways, that’s how powerful your words are! Affirmations were one of the first tools that I learned to apply when I started to consciously work on my mindset. At that time, my life had many challenges for me: „Everything always works out for me in the highest and best most loving and joyful way“ quickly became one of my favorite affirmations and I still use it today. Whenever something appears in my life that feels like it could bother me in some way, I just say these words to myself and immediately I recall all the times when things that looked troublesome turned out in the highest and best most loving and joyful way for me.

The effect is that I stay calm and relaxed, instead of becoming fearful. That way my mind is able to stay creative and come up with the best solution. Remember?! Your thoughts create your reality! What is your favorite affirmation?
